As the summer comes to an end, the landscaping industry is still in full swing and autumn presents one of the best times of year for building and planting out new gardens before the winter. The large RHS shows were well attended this year, with the usual great coverage from the BBC and in the press, and we are now looking forward to this year's LANDSCAPE show. Held in Battersea Park on 23rd and 24th September it has been created for the landscaping and horticultural sectors to showcase their latest products.IMG_0091

Aimed at garden designers, landscapers and contractors, architects, facilities managers and contract gardeners, the show will be jam packed full of new planting and patio ideas, decorative products such as ironwork, planters, lighting as well as paving slabs, decking and turf. The show is supported by the APL, who have organised a special contractors' zone where members of the trade can make new contacts. BALI will also be hosting events during the show and you can even catch up on some CPD by attending free accredited seminars. One of our regular clients, Patricia Fox of Aralia will be speaking on 'Finishing Touches for Stylish Gardens' which will provide inspiration for your patio, ideas for stunning planting and selecting the right sandstone paving to complete a design.

Our exhibition stand will include our range of British stone, our entire sawn paving range (including our range of sawn Indian sandstone) and samples of the different edge profiles available for coping stones, pier caps and step treads. Our team will be on hand to provide you with advice and plenty of patio ideas, as well as the opportunity to order one of our sought after sample cases. It is particularly important for contractors and designers to have samples of Indian sandstone as homeowners need to see the wide variation in the colours of the different patio slabs. There will be examples of our sawn paving products - the London Stone Bespoke Stone Centre team cut and finish tailor-made paving slabs including different edge profiles for coping stones and step treads. Manning the stand will be Rebecca Walley, London Stone’s Marketing Manager, Craig Potter (Business Development Manager), Antony Pasquini (Sales Advisor) and Andy Wright (Sales Advisor).  Steven Walley, London Stone’s Managing Director will also be at the show on the first day. We look forward to meeting current and new customers - so do drop by, meet the team and say hello.
