Which Grout Should I Use with 1200x600mm DesignClad?
All our external wall cladding products come with a carefully selected colour recommendation. You can find it under the 'Installation Materials' section on each product page.
We recommend Larsen Colourfast grouting for its fine grain, water-resistance and lasting colour.
Do You Offer an Installation Service?
At the moment, we do not offer an installation service for our exterior wall cladding. However, our Connect service can help you to find a reputable tradesperson in your area.
Before choosing an installer, it's crucial that you conduct your own research to find the best person for your needs. Most reputable designers will have a portfolio of work you can view first, which may help you with your decision. You may also want to consider getting several quotes from a number of contractors to find the best price for your installation.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
When you make a purchase from London Stone, you can cancel and return your orders within 14 days of delivery. All our products can be returned within this time period, apart from bespoke items specifically created for you. However, all items must be returned in their original condition and packing.
If you've ordered a product and there is something wrong with it, please contact us to resolve the problem. Rectifying an issue can be difficult once your items have been installed, so we recommend that you get in touch with us as quickly as possible.
If your product is faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose or not as described, you have a 30 day period in which to return the item. In these circumstances, we will also collect the materials at our own cost.
How Long Does it Take to Deliver My Items?
At London Stone, we pride ourselves on our fast lead times and dedication to our customers. This means that in most cases, if your order is placed before 1pm, your products will be delivered the next day.
However, depending on the items ordered, your delivery time may be slightly longer. In these situations, we will keep you informed throughout, notifying you of any changes as they arise.
