Joint Width | Side-to-side: 6mm
End-to-end/End-to-width: 3 – 5mm

Installation process | Factory Produced Ends – These are designed to be cut off the end of each board by the installer. The boards are produced with an additional 30mm in length to allow the installer to cut the ends and achieve the full length of the board that has been ordered. Boards must be installed with clean cut ends only, do not install with factory produced ends.
Longer boards can have a camber that will be rectified when installed. Turn the board so that the curve is facing outwards.
Install using dedicated hidden clip system onto composite or treated timber subframe.
Use Square Boards as a border, edge detail or step.
See install guide for detail. |
Trex is a low maintenance product, but minimal maintenance is required. Use a pressure washer with fan attachment. Use less than 3100 psi (higher than this can invalidate warranty). Soap can be used to remove soil, concrete dust, or other types of everyday debris. Spray your deck with soap, gently scrubbing each deck board with a soft bristle brush. Spray/rinse each individual deck board using fan tip no closer than 200mm from the decking surface. Ensure that no dirty water is left to dry on the surface of the deck boards. Use Calcium chloride/rock salt granules to melt snow/ice – always use a plastic shovel to remove snow.
