The refined elegance of our Platinum Grey Porcelain Planks will create the perfect neutral backdrop to accessorise. Grey floors are the perfect complement to bright and beautiful accents that make a bold statement. These porcelain planks are the ideal way to make a statement in the garden. Lay the planks horizontally across the garden and either allow spaces between each plank for planting or pebbles. For a truly impressively finish, edge the planks with setts, the contrast of the larger format planks and small setts will produce a striking result. The planks can also be used to create unique garden stepping stones.

Porcelain is manufactured in batches and therefore the colour and texture may vary from batch to batch.

This may mean that the porcelain you receive when ordered may differ from the samples or showroom displays viewed before purchasing.

Different sizes are manufactured in different batches. It is therefore not recommended to mix sizes.

If you feel this may be a concern for you, please contact our sales team who will be happy to advise you accordingly.

We recommend keeping a record of the 'batch colour code' of the delivered porcelain in case further stock is required. This can be found on the box that the porcelain is packaged in, and it is usually a number followed by a letter, or a six digit number.

The lifecycle assessment calculates the total carbon emissions generated throughout the entire life of the product and includes extracting or producing raw materials, transport to the factory, manufacture, shipping and haulage, installation, maintenance and recycling or disposal.

Aftercare

London Stone recommend this product is swept regularly and cleaned periodically using a solution of Lithofin Outdoor cleaner and a pressure washer with a wide spray. In shady gardens it may also be necessary to treat with Lithofin Algex to control the appearance of algae. For detailed aftercare advice please refer to the product guide.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. Collection can be made by us but this will incur a collection cost.
