Description

Removing cement or mortar residues requires an acidic based patio cleaner. Lithofin Cement Away has a composition of special acids and cleaning components that is ideal for achieving a professional clean. This patio cleaner will effortlessly remove several residue materials, including mortar and cement, efflorescence, encrusted and engrained dirt, rust, calcium and limescale deposits. Due to the fact that this cleaner is acid based it is not suitable for use with stones that are not resistant to acid but can be used to clean porcelain and ceramic tiles, brick, clay and quarry tiles, terracotta, concrete and many natural stones.

Product Detail	In order to remove cement and mortar residues, acidic cleaners are required. Simply “covering” these residues with oil or wax based products is not a real solution because the residues will reappear on the surface. Restoring such surfaces then becomes a complex task. Lithofin CEMENT-AWAY is based on a composition of special acids and cleaning components.

Storage & Shelf Life	Store in cool conditions. Closed, this product has a shelf life of up to 5 years. Store in a locked area, inaccessible to children.

Installation & Aftercare

Install Preparation	Ensure surface is clear of debris and clear of objects. Pre-wet stone before use.
Equipment Required	Water, low pressure sprayer, jet wash
Application Process	Dilute Lithofin CEMENT-AWAY up to 1:20 with water and apply it to the wet surface. Allow the product to work briefly, then rinse with plenty of clear water.Please Note: always test the product in an inconspicuous area prior to use. Lithofin CEMENT-AWAY is not suitable for acid sensitive surfaces such as enamel, zinc, chrome, stainless steel, polished marble and limestone, certain decorative tiles, lacquer, etc. Sensitive materials can be damaged by vapours. Always ensure good ventilation during and after use.Coverage: approx. 30 to 50m² depending on the kind and stubbornness of the deposits.

Aftercare

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. Collection can be made by us but this will incur a collection cost.
