London Stone recommend that all our materials are installed by experienced professionals. The following is a summary of installation.

Installation Method Flexible Tile adhesive with an SBR slurry to aid adhesion. See install guide for detail.

DesignClad has a non-porous surface which prevents dirt, oils or liquids from penetrating. It is also resistant to stainsand dirt in general. Soap and water is perfectly adequate for daily cleaning.

Delivery Cost

Free of charge on orders over £750 + VAT.

A flat charge of £65 applies to all orders under £750 + VAT.

Delivery Times

Choose your delivery date when checking out. Timed slots are not available.

Free* next day delivery on London Stone vehicles available to certain postcodes. (*T&C's apply)

Enhanced next day 3rd party delivery available, depending on your postcode and stock availability. A charge of £10 + VAT per pallet is applicable for this service. Exact charges are confirmed at checkout, once the delivery postcode is input. (*T&C's apply)

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. Collection can be made by us but this will incur a collection cost.
