We have been using London Stone for some years now. Natural stone, prepared to exacting standards with a high proportion of bespoke finishing is the norm for us. We have used many suppliers for our supply chain but were interested to try out London Stone for several large, complex schemes.
High levels of customer service, getting the initial commercial price correct through to the delivery of quality prepared stone has always been met and the unique masonry cutting, sealing and bespoke preparations, custom made in timely fashion, have made a significant impact on how we can perform to our customers. Down time has been reduced and, if stone is damaged in transport or laying, replacements can be made quickly and efficiently, truly a USP for London Stone. Investment in state of the art machinery, a very strong customer focus and a willingness to sort things out when things don’t go quite to plan (as happens) shows how good a supplier really is.
London Stone have always performed for Landform and they have become friends of the firm. People buy from people and I cannot recommend their business ethics and service high enough… they work on old fashioned service values and integrity… very much like myself and Landform.
