Product description

Whether you choose from the Shadow Line+ or Board & Batten+ ranges, your Millboard cladding needs two different trims. Vertical Starter Trim is used to start cladding at the bottom, when your cladding is to be fixed vertically. Choose the Horizontal Starter Trim when boards will be orientated horizontally. The Perforated Closure Trim allows airflow in the cavity behind the cladding while also preventing insects and rodents from getting in. The Perforated Trim is attached top and bottom of cladding and in corner profiles.

Installation

London Stone recommend that all our materials are installed by experienced professionals. The following is a summary of installation.

Installation Method	A2 Stainless Steel fixings through the tongue of the boards. See install guide for detail.
Cutting	Envello products can be cut with standard wood cutting tools (i.e. mitre saw, jigsaw, handsaw), we recommend a carbon-tipped saw blade.

Cleaning & maintenance

Aftercare

We recommend that the cladding is cleaned once to twice a year to remove surface dirt and debris downwards along the grain. It is best to use a brush with an extendable handle to clean the boards.

Pressure washers can be used on Millboard Envello Cladding, with a PSI of no greater than 2000. A fan tip should be used with a 40 to 60 degree spread, keeping the head 250-300mm away from the surface. Test in an inconspicuous area first - direct, prolonged contact could damage the surface of the boards.

Take extra care when using a pressure washer around windows, doors and cut ends of boards. Stubborn marks may be removed with a range of different cleaners depending on the mark.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.
