  • Extensive range of natural stone paving. A large collection of sawn and riven options, from ever-popular Indian Sandstone colours, like Raj Green, through to top-end Portland limestone, with a range of paving formats to choose from.
  • Matching steps and coping. To match every one of our porcelain colours, and made in-house so you can be sure of the quality. You'll also find matching steps and coping for our natural stone ranges.
  • Clay paving. From our sister company Chelmer Valley, clay pavers in rich colour options and choice of style, with the ability to create your own bespoke colour blend.
  • Decking and cladding. Our own exclusive ranges of DesignBoard composite decking and DesignClad porcelain cladding, and the ever-popular Millboard.

  • Free split pack service. This means that you can order the exact amount of paving you need, without any unnecessary expenditure on excess materials, or being penalised for splitting a pack.
  • Competitive pricing. It's at the core of our ethos to put our customers first by offering the best possible products and the lowest possible prices. We have a history of extended prize freezes (2019 to 2021, for example) and reductions (we were one of the few companies to reduce prices when shipping costs dropped in 2023). We stay competitive by having some excellent negotiators in our buying team. Once we've found a supplier we like and trust, we stay with them, as we've found this is the best way to maintain top-quality materials—and our suppliers appreciate that. An ongoing contribution is our Lean working practice. Through improvements in processes, we’ve increased productivity, essentially adding nearly 3000 extra working hours to the year.
  • Free nationwide delivery. Whether you are a trade or a retail client, London Stone offer free nationwide delivery (T&C's apply) on all orders over £750 + VAT on all of our products. A flat rate of £65 + VAT applies on all orders under £750 + VAT.
  • Guarantees on products. We are so confident in the quality of our porcelain that we offer a free 10-year Porcelain Homeowner Guarantee, so you can rest assured that you've got value for money. You'll also find warranties on our DesignBoard composite decking and pergolas, and a 15-year guarantee on pre-sealing.

  • Live stock levels. Our product pages show live stock levels, so you can see exactly what's available at any time.
  • Quick delivery. We know that quick delivery is important to our customers, and we want you to have complete confidence in us. Getting your order delivered to you faster means that you can get on with your project sooner. Many of our products are available with free nationwide next-day delivery.
  • London Stone delivery fleet. With our own fleet of hiab trucks and transits and our own delivery drivers, we ensure that your order is delivered on time, with a smile. We work out of our Southern Distribution Centre near Slough and our Northern Distribution Centre near Manchester. In areas where we cannot send our own fleet, we deliver with a trusted third-party haulier.
  • State-of-the-art delivery tracking software. Stay up to date with the progress of your order. A one-hour delivery slot will be allocated to you the night before delivery. With text and email updates, you will know when the lorry leaves our yard and when it is 15 minutes away – helping you plan the rest of your day.

Order samples

Our sample service allows you to get a feel for our products in their intended setting. Paving products can look different under certain lights. How much shade or light you have in your garden may lead to the product looking slightly different in our showrooms compared to your garden setting. Taking a sample into your garden is the perfect way to be sure it is the right product for you.

Samples are available in all our showrooms, or you may order up to three samples free of charge, with a further three available for just £10. When you order before 3pm we dispatch the samples the same day, to get them to you sooner.

Sample case for trade customers. This is a great way to take a range of samples to customers, to give them a wide selection of choices. Trade customers can build their own sample box, filling it with their preferred products.

Our showrooms

Our network of showrooms means that customers nationwide can view our products in situ at one of our locations, and our widespread network means that customers around the country do not have to travel too far to find one of our showrooms.

We also have trade counters at our Southern and Northern Distribution Centres, which offer convenient locations for our trade customers to collect orders.
