Bespoke Stone Centre Staff Team

  • Gavin Walley | Director

As a Founder and Director of London Stone I have worked in almost every department over the years. I’m currently working as Production Manager, and this role is one of the toughest and at the same time most rewarding jobs in the company.  Our customers are constantly pushing the boundaries of our capabilities with original and creative designs.  The last 12 months have largely been spent ensuring every order we produce is of the finest quality and within acceptable tolerance. I am also responsible for the design and construction of our showrooms and displays.

  • Piotr Przytula | Design Project Manager

I joined London Stone in February 2012 as a Projects Estimator.  In this role I dealt with a variety of our clients, working on high end schemes for homeowners and working closely with architects and designers. I have also coordinated all of our Chelsea and Hampton Court show gardens projects. This has been a fantastic experience and gave me the opportunity to work with award-winning garden designers. I have been recently promoted to Design Project Manager. I am now responsible for the design and project management of the new London Stone Showrooms.

  • James Stewart | Factory Manager

I joined London Stone as a sawyer and quickly got promoted to supervisor and then a few months later to Factory Manager.  I’ve worked in the natural stone industry for over 20 years, so it’s fair to say that I’ve got a lot of experience in the industry.  In that time I’ve been lucky to work at some great companies and London Stone certainly falls into that category for me!  From the selection of raw material through to final QC, my role here is to oversee the entire production process.  I also provide that vital link between the factory and the office.

  • Steven Walley | Managing Director

I am a hands on MD and while I get involved in all aspects of London Stone, my main focus is on the Sales and Marketing departments. Our clients and staff are the most important thing to me. London Stone have grown into one of the UK's leading natural stone suppliers because of the amazing support and loyalty of our clients and through the hard work and dedication of our brilliant staff. That's why I'm obsessive about providing our clients with outstanding service and giving our staff a work environment that places no limit on achievement. I am always available to speak to clients and I encourage you to contact me at any time should you need to contact me about any aspect of London Stone.
  • Diana Catrinoi-Cornea | Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, I am responsible for managing the Marketing Department. Digital and website development and new product launches are also part of my role. Website maintenance and development is where I ensure all our products have up to date information and that all aspects of our website are user-friendly by optimising our SEO. Another dimension of my role is Corporate Social Responsibility, where I liaise with organisations such as TFT to ensure London Stone’s business model is beneficial to all.
  • Anthony Macson | Creative Marketing Manager

I have worked for London Stone for almost three years now; within the Sales Team as a Sales Advisor, and then Showroom Manager. I have recently moved into our Marketing Department as our Creative Marketing Manager. I am responsible for our Social Media, Brochure content, Trade and Flower Shows and Brand Engagement. I believe that a collaborative approach to our Marketing Strategy is the most effective way to continue the innovation and advancement of our Brand. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, bird-watching and being outdoors, and indulging in my love of food and drink.\r\n
  • Kayleigh May Wicks | Marketing Administration Assistant

Since 2011, I have had various roles across the company within numerous departments. I started my London Stone life as a Sales Advisor when we only had one showroom. When we went to our Langley HQ, I moved over there to head up the Trade Counter and manage the office. My next position was Audit Manager. This role was very challenging and involved working with every department in the company. During my role as Audit Manager, I became pregnant with my first child. After 11 months maternity leave, I came back and have joined the sales team once again.

  • Ryan Burge | Estimator & Key Accounts Manager

I am a Key Accounts Manager and Estimator at London Stone. I joined the Estimating team in November 2016, having previously worked as an Estimator in the Engineering industry. I moved down from Lincolnshire and have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Surrey and at London Stone so far. My role involves pricing commercial work as well as visiting and templating sites for our clients. Through the use of our laser templating service we can produce custom-made pieces, to fit to existing substrates. Having studied Architecture at university and spent plenty of time using design software, I am always keen to be up to date on the latest CAD software.
