It's possible to buy high-quality outdoor porcelain for under £30 + vat but, even at that price, as for any major purchase, the cost of porcelain paving can be a worry. So, after finding the colour and finish you want, you want to know that the luxury will last. Rest assured. With our porcelain guarantee, you can have complete confidence in our products.

What can you expect from the guarantee?

In the unlikely event of one of our porcelain paving products failing, we will provide like-for-like replacement material free of charge. If for any reason your product is no longer available, a material of equivalent value will be provided. This exceptional offer is available for a period of up to ten years. We will also cover the direct reinstallation cost for a period of up to five years.

When can you use the guarantee?

We are so confident in the durability and longevity of our porcelain that we cover several potential failings. * Severe frost damage to the paving slabs. * Cracks or breaks appearing in slabs. * Delamination of slabs. If any of these improbable events occurs, then the porcelain will be replaced as detailed above.

What isn't covered?

Porcelain combines the beauty of natural stone with the robustness of factory-made materials. For a more natural finish, there is slight colour variation in porcelain. For this reason, colour variation and aesthetic changes caused by colour fading and/or natural weathering are not covered by the guarantee. Our porcelain is built for durability. It can be used for paving, driveways and is ideal for high-traffic areas. Impact, accidental or any damage caused by vehicle traffic will not be covered. This is because, with each sale of porcelain, we provide detailed installation and aftercare advice. Following this advice will give the best results with your porcelain.
