London Stone's New and Improved Samples Case

London Stone's new and improved samples case is the ideal tool for garden designers and landscapers looking to present the best materials to their clients.

Trade customers can choose their own free samples to fill their case.

We know how important it is for customers to see free paving samples before embarking on a garden transformation. We have always been proud of the comprehensive free sample boxes we provide to our trade customers. However, there is always room for improvement. We've listened to our customers and made our boxes even more customer-friendly.

Previously

Previously our boxes contained samples of our complete range of stone and porcelain. Although this gave customers plenty of options to look at, we found that some products are more popular than others. We're committed to better service, and customer research revealed that many samples never left the box. Most designers have a small number of ‘go-to’ samples that they regularly present to customers. This meant we were lumbering clients with numerous samples they never used, as well as creating unnecessary costs. (The biggest cost was calibrating all the samples down to 10mm thickness, so we could fit the complete range in the box.)

What we have changed?

Reducing waste is one of London Stone’s top priorities. It's good for the environment, and good for our customers, because it helps keep costs down. By keeping our outgoings low, we ensure that savings are passed on to our customers. As our trade client, you can now decide what goes into the box. With room for 20 carefully selected stone, porcelain and decking samples, and six DesignClad samples, you have all your favourite materials at hand to help your client make the right choice for their garden.
