Built back in 2010 our busy Middlesex Showroom, London Stone’s first ever showroom holds a special place in our hearts.

  • Catalin Par | Showroom Manager

    Having joined London Stone in 2015 as a Sales Advisor I am now the Showroom Manager at our Middlesex Showroom. My main focus is always ensuring that our customer’s requirements are met and the highest level of customer service is delivered. My interest for natural stone and landscaping started a couple of years back when I first started working part time for London Stone and part time for a landscaping contractor. It’s a fantastic industry to be involved on and over the course of the years I have developed a real passion for landscaping and natural stone.

    I have worked in retail based sales for the past 13 years so I’m very experienced in this sector.  I’m really enjoying life at London Stone.  We have great relationships with our clients and our focus is always making sure we give them the best possible service. After being in retail for the majority of my career, good customer service is very much second nature to me and, I always put the customer’s needs first. People who know me know that saying I am a slight bit of a geek would be a complete lie, I am a massive geek whether it be films, TV, comic books etc.

    I joined London Stone in January 2021 and discovered a home away from home and a wonderful family here. Originally from Chicago, my experience focused on internal stone and interior design, specialising in porcelain tiles, stone countertops & decorative tiles of all types. Learning the different aspects of external stone and paving has expanded my knowledge base and I use my design background to help people with colour choices. I am happy to be part of this enthusiastic and hardworking team.

Daniel uses his experience to make clients feel valued and confident in his knowledge and abilities to help them plan their project. Daniel prides himself in delivering a customer experience and service that is second to none.

  • Jason Kimber | Sales Advisor

    I joined the team in February 2021. My last job was in the kitchen design industry which taught me a lot about natural stone, as well as helping customers make big financial decisions regarding their homes. I also have experience within garden-based retail. I love giving the best possible customer service and above all else, helping people. Away from work, I enjoy football and snooker, but I’m a much better watcher than player. I’m also a massive Star Wars fan.
  • Chris Durnford | Customer Experience Director

    As the Customer Experience Director, my main role is to ensure that our customers are getting the very best service we can offer, in line with our brand promise. I am responsible for the continued development of the London Stone customer experience and our Brand Identity. On a day to day basis I work closely with each department to ensure that each customer service interaction leads to an overall unparalleled customer experience that our clients have come to expect from London Stone. I began working for London Stone as a Sales Advisor, and I have also managed our Middlesex Showroom, so I feel that I am well-placed to help our customers.
