All products are diluted apart from outdoor cleaner so coverage can depend on dilution level.

We recommend buying and additional bottle of cleaner which can be returned as long as it is in the manufacture's packaging and it is not opened or damaged.

 
Lithofin Algex is specially formulated to combat the slippery green deposits caused by overhanging trees, vegetation and dirt. This patio cleaner removes algae and helps to slow down or prevent further algae growth for up to twelve months, when it should be reapplied. Product Type Cleaner
Product Detail A special product from the LITHOFIN-Range. Lithofin ALGEX is a water-soluble cleaning concentrate based on high quality surfactants. The product is free of chlorine and acid. Self-actingly removes all kinds of common and environmental dirt caused by plants and trees. Slippery green deposits can also be removed. Due to its characteristics, Lithofin ALGEX also has a preventive effect, keeping surfaces clear of newdeposits for up to one year.
Suitable for For cleaning all outdoor areas, such as stairs, paths and terraces, walls, grave stones, roofs, wooden fences, etc. Ideally suited for preventive treatment against green, slippery deposits.

Storage & Shelf Life Closed cool and dry. Up to 5 years. Store in locked area inaccessible to children.
PPE Requirements Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid inhaling vapours. Wear latex gloves, face mask, protective clothing and safety goggles during application.

Harmful for plants/wildlife? No, but direct contact should be avoided or washed off immediately
Used Diluted? Yes with water up to 1:10 (1:20 for preventative use)
Install Preparation Ensure surface is clear of debris and clear of objects.
Equipment Required Water, low pressure sprayer, stiff brush, jet wash, emulsifying pad
Application Process Test the product suitability first in an inconspicuous area. Apply with watering can or low pressure spray. After application, the areas should not be rained on for at least 4 hours. The surfaces will become bright, clean and free of deposits within a few days. Surface residues can be washed off with water or they will disappear when it rains. See product guide for detail.
Product Preparation Dilute as required
For many natural stones, particularly sawn stone it is recommended that a protective treatment which prevents the penetration of water, oil and dirt. This can make maintenance easier overall. See our range of sealants for further detail.

Returns

Cancel up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products to be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for bespoke or pre-sealed items.

You will be responsible for returning the material to London Stone. Collection can be made by us but this will incur a collection cost.
