Sales Advisor

Based in our West London Showroom near Heathrow you will be expected to provide outstanding customer service to our trade and retail clients both face to face and over the phone. Previous experience of working with natural stone would be an advantage but suitable candidates with a sales/retail background or similar will be considered.

Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Produce customer quotes from drawings, dimensions and face to face meetings
Manage successful quotes from enquiry through to delivery phase
Advise customers on suitable stone for their application
Advise customers on suitable fixing methods
Liaise with yard and delivery staff as required

Job Details
Hours will be 8:00am till 5.30pm 5 days a week including Saturday.
Salary will be set at £20-25k per annum with 20 days paid holiday and 2 duvet days per year.
